In order to become a Member of NEXONSTYLE.com., you must sign up as a Designer, Manufacturer (Vendor) or as a Buyer (Retailer) and fill out the related electronic application form and submit electronically to NEXONSTYLE.com, following the relevant instructions. By submitting an application form and contracting with NEXONSTYLE.com, you unconditionally accept and undertake to observe the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions. Should you not agree with certain provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of Wholesale, please do not submit your application form.br />
If you sign up for a Membership, NEXONSTYLE.com will charge you a fee for using our services, such as listing as a Vendor, listing items or listing as a Buyer or ordering items. When you list an item, order an item or use a service that has a fee you have an opportunity to review and accept the fees that you will be charged based on our Fees schedule, which we may change from time to time. Changes to that Policy are effective after we provide you with at least ten days' notice by posting the changes on the Sites. We may choose to temporarily change the fees for our services for promotional events (for example, free membership periods, free listing periods, free ordering periods) or new services, and such changes are effective when we post the temporary promotional event or new service on the Sites.

Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in U.S. Dollars. Each Member is responsible for paying all fees and applicable taxes associated with the Sites in a timely manner with a valid payment method. If your payment method fails or your account is past due, we may collect fees owed using other collection mechanisms. This includes charging other payment methods on file with us, including collection agencies and legal counsel.

Vendor shall mean any individual manufacturing company who is acting for purposes of WHOLESALE which is part of his or her trade , business or profession. If you are not a Vendor, please do not offer any products on NEXONSTYLE.com. Retailer shall mean any individual company who is acting for purposes of RETAIL which is part of his or her trade, business or profession. If you are not a Retailer, please do not order any products on NEXONSTYLE.com.

NEXONSTYLE.com reserves the right not to process applications or orders received from users who are not Vendors or Retailers and any other process which does not comply with NEXONSTYLE.com's business policy.
